How Long to Keep Papers...

One of the most frequently asked questions I get as an organizer is "How long do I have to keep these papers?" It's a tough one to answer, especially since I cannot offer any financial or tax advice. I always tell clients to check with a financial planner or tax professional. But, I recently came across a great article that gives some guidelines.
